About Me
Samuel Mulomi is a Principal Program Officer-Productivity Acceleration. Science Technology and Innovation Secretariate -Office of The President (STI-OP). An accountant by profession; he brings a wealth of knowledge in Financial/Project Planning and Management as well.
Sam is credited with providing technical back stopping to innovators in finance, preparation of work plans and budgets, and preparing progress and financial reports. His Monitoring and evaluation skills have greatly improved value for money among innovators along the value chains.
Experience
Sam was the first elected District Chairperson of Budaka District Local Government. Sam provided oversite and coordination roles between the Local and the Central Governments. His Mobilization and Administration skills combined with proficiency in financial management led Budaka to be among the best performing Local Governments in 2010.
Sam is a Board member of Livingstone International University; Living Water Ministries (U) and Kamonkoli College. Sam has been very instrumental the acquisition of both the University and Church land. Sam brings in the needed experience as a board member of several local and international institutions.
